Driving habits

Already about a week I want to share some things that I have spotted during my trip to Lithuania which happened last week. Just in a few days of staying there I was lucky enough to see about 3 or 4 car crashes. Whereas while staying in France for more then a year, I saw 3 of them. And the reason for crashes was not a bad weather as it happens to be common in Lithuania due to snow, etc., as weather was perfectly fine this autumn season. And now I come back and hear how the government for almost about a year makes the rules stricter and stricter. Looks like doesn't help yet... And you know what's the main difference between driving here and there?? People are angry while driving. For example, they never ever want to give you the way to drive from your parking (or else), even if there is a queue already in 2 meters. That's mental. Just like mental is with slow as a turtle French cashiers.
